On August 28th, the college students" employment and entrepreneurship event titled "Winning in Guangzhou" officially kicked off at Zhengjia Square. Under nightfall in this bustling commercial area, recruiters set up job booths like street stalls while job hunters search for job opportunities like wandering in a night market.
What would it be when "talent recruitment" plus "night market"? This job fair at night builds an interactive communication platform for companies and job seekers, guiding the former to show their positions while providing jobs for the latter, matching the supply and demand in employment.
"I came out for shopping, but I didn"t expect to run into a night market of job positions. It is very novel. I happened to be looking for a job and found that many positions matched my professional expertise," said Ms. Zheng, who just graduated this year.

Many Internet and technology companies were at the event, providing flexible jobs such as live streamers, e-commerce live streamers, and video shooting and editing. Xiaomin graduated from a normal university and is good at new media operation and maintenance. She made a preliminary agreement with a company on the spot. "You can find a job when you are shopping!"
It is known that a total of 60 companies have registered to participate in this event with 2568 positions covering fields such as finance, catering, and information.
The leader of the Vision for the Future team from Jinan University said, "The event deeply integrates college students" entrepreneurship and employment with their nighttime consumption scene, promoting nighttime consumption while driving the combination of college students" entrepreneurship and practice. It will accelerate the commercialization of entrepreneurial achievements and help college students realize their entrepreneurial dreams."
This year marks the 12th consecutive year of the "Winning in Guangzhou" College Students" Entrepreneurship Contest. A total of 507 projects have been awarded, which have created over 6,000 job opportunities through entrepreneurship.
The competition has incubated numerous entrepreneurial projects with landing qualifications, cultivated batches of outstanding young entrepreneurs, and added vitality, cohesion, and impetus to the high-quality development of the GBA.
像“逛夜市”一样找工作,广州“招聘夜市”成为新风景
夜幕之下,繁华商圈,招聘者像“摆地摊”一样亮岗位,求职者像“逛夜市”一样找工作。8月28日,“赢在广州”大学生就业创业“Yeah”活动在正佳广场正式开幕。
当“人才招聘”遇到“夜市”,会擦出怎样的“火花”?这场夜间招聘会,搭建互动交流平台,引导企业把岗位“摆出来”,让青年等群体把工作“逛到手”,促进就业供需相匹配。
“本来出来逛街,没想到赶巧碰到了招聘夜市,感觉很新奇,刚好自己正在找工作,发现有不少企业岗位符合自己的专业特长。”今年刚毕业的郑小姐坦言。
招聘现场不乏一些互联网平台型和科技型企业,提供了不少主播、电商直播带货以及视频拍摄剪辑等灵活就业岗位。“逛个街,也能把工作‘逛’到手!”师范学院毕业的小敏擅长新媒体运维,当场就跟一家企业达成了就业意向。
据了解,此次“夜市招聘会”共有60家企业报名参与,提供岗位2568个,涵盖金融、餐饮、信息等行业。
“活动将大学生创业就业与夜间生活消费场景深度融合,促进夜间消费的同时,推动大学生创业创新和市场实践结合,加快创业成果商业转化,助力大学生创业圆梦。”来自暨南大学的目视未来团队负责人表示。
今年是“赢在广州”暨粤港澳大湾区大学生创业大赛连续举办的第12年,累计评选获奖项目507个,创业带动就业人数超过6000人。
大赛孵化了众多具备落地资质的创业项目,孕育了一批批杰出的创业青年,为推动粤港澳大湾区高质量发展增活力、聚合力、添动力。
